How do I account for a 1099-G Mass Tax refund from 2017 taxes on my 2018 taxes? There is no box to check off for tax refunds, only business and farm.

There's a "State and Local Tax Refunds on Form 1099-G" on the "Wages &Income" page. Go back there to enter it.
