How do I amend 2023 Sch. C deductions/exemptions online TurboTax won’t allow clicking and nothing happens nor can I open forms to manually add. Suggestions?

You cannot amend using the online software for a prior year. You will need to download the 2023 program and then download your .tax file from the online platform.

Thank you! Do I have to purchase the program again even if filed online already in 2023? Is there a way to download for Chrome? Showing for MAC and Windows but not downloading for Chrome. Seems like I am going to have to pay for the program to get this to happen. Any insight?

If you have a Chromebook, you cannot download TurboTax desktop. You need to either use the MAC or the PC. However, if you have access to a MAC or a PC, then no, you should not have to pay for the download version. As you walk through the instructions, it should give you the option to download and not make you pay. If it is not working then you can call product support at 800-446-8848
