how do I amend my 1095-B form?

I already E-filed my taxes.

A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.

Employee

You are not supposed to enter a 1095B on the return. You are only required to enter a 1095A for marketplace health insurance. If you do not have a 1095A then forget about trying to enter 1095B. Just save it for your own records.
