How do I amend my STATE tax form itself. I need to raw form

If your state return has not been e-filed, do not click on anything that says "amend"----you do not use the amending process for a return that has not been filed.   Amending is only used for a return that has been filed and processed by the IRS or state.  You just need to make "changes"---which is not the same as amending.

Are you using online software?   You do not have direct access to the forms when you use online TurboTax.  All of your information is entered via the interview screens.   Information flows from the federal return to the state return, so you might need to go back into the federal return to make the changes---you have not told us what you want to change.

If you are using desktop software, you do, in fact, have direct access to the forms by clicking on Forms mode.  But---what do you want to change?  We can be more helpful if we know the specific information you want to correct.
