You cannot change your direct deposit information after you file your tax return. You enter/change your banking information in the FILE section when you are ready to file your 2020 tax return. That information will not go from TurboTax to the IRS until you e-file your 2020 tax return. Tax returns for 2020 will not be accepted by the RS until late January 2021.
