How do I change employment history dates on my MI State return? The incorrect date was entered and I cannot figure out how to adjust it.

To edit your employment dates on your city Michigan return, please follow the instruction below:

1. Open your return.
2. Click on State.
3. Click Continue next to your Michigan return.
4. Continue through your return.
5. On the page A few things before we wrap up your state taxes, click Revisit next to Michigan City Tax Returns.
6. Continue through the pages.
7. On the Wages screen, click Edit next to your wages.
8. On the page Wage Required Information, choose I worked for this employer for part of the year.
9. On the page Enter Your Dates of Employment During 2021, change your dates of employment.
10. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish your return.
