Those are two different things.

Self-Employed is the version of TurboTax that you have, which is needed for reporting small business income OR a 1099-MISC that you received (see below to downgrade).  You can do everything that the "lower"versions do as well.

Married Filing Jointly is a filing status, which you can select within any version of TurboTax.

To downgrade your version, click on My Account in the top menu, and select Clear and Start Over.
