Question

How do I change my address to receive stuff from turbo tax? I got my tax return on the turbo tax card and need to order a new one but I moved since last filing my taxes.

I received my taxes on a turbo tax card and now lost it and need to order a new one. But I can’t get the new one without changing my address on here. How do I do it?

To change your address for the IRS  (this takes at least several weeks)

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes/address-changes

And when you prepare your 2020 tax return use the new address in My Info.  That information will not go to the IRS until your 2020 return is filed and accepted.

There is a “Help” link in the top corner of the web site for the card:

LOST CARD

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
