How do I change my fee to be paid with a prepaid card rather than take it out of my refund?

I had chosen to pay my feeof $39 with the refund not knowing I could not do that because I don't have a bank account. It was the basic edition started out with free.

You can change how to pay your TurboTax fees as long as you have not filed your return yet, or if it has been accepted.
