How do I change the mistake turbo tax made in the 1099-R form for payer state?

I put in the correct Payer address which is In Turbotax filled in the form with the incorrect State.

TurboTax does not put in the state, you do. The state is entered into box 13 on the 1099-R form. Did you enter that like it is on your 1099-R form? The 1099-R boxes 13 would only have the state if there was state tax withholding in box 12.

Or do you mean in the payers name and address? Again you enter the data unless you imported the form in which case the financial institution you imported from entered that data.
