How do I check if the IRS sent me a notice that maybe i didn't receive? My refund status still says "your return is still being processed" with topic 152

There is no refund date available, it's been over 21 days, and the only tax topic is 152 still, so I am guessing something is needed from me but i never received a letter or notice. Can i check somewhere was notices have been issued??

Topic 152 is just a generic message that the IRS needs more time. And they might not even need anything from you. They could, for example, be contacting your employer to verify wages or withholdings.
