Allow plenty of time for the state to receive it and then check on the state's tax site:

PA states please allow 8-10 weeks for processing. It might take longer since you mailed it in.  You can check the status of your refund on PA website, if there is no information, keep checking back.https://www.doreservices.state.pa.us/PITServices/WheresMy/Refund
