Question

How do I check where my tax return was sent? I did not get it on my turbo tax card.

The IRS said it was deposited in September and I never got it.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  If so it went to the third party bank first so check there to see if there was some sort of mixup.

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
