If you are entering investment documents (1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B) in the "Investments" section select "Add Investment" and "Continue."

You can type in "Raymond James" in the search box at the top of the page titled "Let's import your data."  You will need to enter your Raymond James account number.  You will enter the form ID (1099-DIV or 1099-INT for example).

If you are entering a retirement distribution (1099-R) in the "Retirement" section using the "IRA...Pension Plan withdrawal" topic you will find the same page titled  "Let's import your data".  You will enter your Raymond James account number and 1099-R for the form ID.
