How do I edit the actual IRS form in TurboTax if TurboTax incorrectly populated the form from a 1099-DIV?

You can change the recipient's address on a Form 1099-DIV as follows if you are using TurboTax Desktop::

1. Switch to Forms Mode by clicking on "Forms" at the top of your TurboTax screen. 
2. In your left panel click on the 1099-DIV that you want to edit the address on
3. The Form 1099-DIV will appear in the right panel of your TurboTax screen
4. Scroll to the bottom of your Form 1099-DIV
5. Click on the address box for the recipient
6. Edit the address

It will look something like this:

To switch to Forms mode, click on "Forms"

In your left panel select the Form 1099-DIV you want to edit:
