Question

How do I edit the amount I paid in federal income tax. I inputted the wrong amount and can't seem to find a way to edit it. Grrrr

If you are referring to making changes to taxes paid on your W2, click on Wages & Income under the Federal menu. Click Edit next to Job (W-2). Click Edit next to the W2 that requires changes and make the necessary adjustments. Withholding on other tax income documents is changed similarly.

If you are referring to estimated or other tax payments, click on Other Tax Situations under the Federal menu. Expand the menu for Additional Tax Payments. Click Start/Revisit next to the applicable item and make the changes.
