How do I enter Bank Routing and Account number for refund in the Mass state module. I can access Form 1, but the relevant spaces are locked

Normally when you walk through the "File" process, it will prompt you to enter your Direct Deposit Information.

Here is another option you can try for adding Direct Deposit for your Mass State Tax Refund:

• Open your return
• Click on "Forms Mode" in the Upper Right-Hand corner of your screen
• On the very left-hand side of your screen, select "Info Workksheet" under Mass State
• Scroll down until you get to Part VII- Input your Bank Info Here (See Screenshot Below)
