Question

How do I File 2019 Taxes after originally using Non-Filer Option ? Wasn't going to File but told I should to get Deductions/Refunds due to Low Income as Self-Employed.

I don't make enough as Self-employed for required Filing (only about $9500.00 yearly).    I Filed using the Non-Filer Option to get Stimulus.    Afterwards, was informed I should go ahead and annually File to receive deductions and Credits (Refund) due to low income, etc.     Did Turbo Tax and have just over $1,000.00 Refund, but when I click e-file, I get Rejected message about Soc Sec # already used.     I don't know what I need to do to be able to continue Filing (after using the Non-Filer Stimulus option).     Thanks

Sorry you do have to file if you have self employment of only $400 or more.  Even if you don't owe any regular income tax on it (like because it's less than the Standard Deduction) you have to pay the SE Tax on a Net Profit of 400.

Do you need to file a return? See the first item.
