How do I file an additional state return (CA) via Turbo Tax for 2018 when I have already filed (via Turbo Tax) my federal and CO returns?

You will have to download the program, install the state you already filed then open the filed return. Then you can complete the second state in the state tab (for a fee) . It may be simpler to get the forms from CA and complete them by hand since you must paper mail them anyway at this late date.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
