You need the exact account and user ID you used to start it.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You will have to purchase and download desktop software and use a full PC or Mac-not a mobile device.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
