How do I fix my Ohio State tax from applying refund to 2019 to deciding to get my refund?

Go back to State Taxes. Edit Ohio. When you get to the screenshot page, edit Other Situations. Other situations...apply refund to next year's taxes...revisit.

That does not work. Once you apply refund to next year's tax for Ohio, you can't change it back.

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. Please click the TurboTax Help link, listed below, to learn how to clear and start over.
