How do i fix something i did wrong ? i accidentally put that someone took care of my child but nobody does ?

If you have not already filed the return, you can delete that section for dependent care as per xmasbaby0 above. 

If you have already filed your return, the information cannot be changed at this time and you should wait until the return is either accepted or rejected.  If your return is rejected, you will be able to modify before you resubmit.   

If your return is accepted, you can amend, or correct, your return if the original entries were incomplete. There is no additional charge to use Turbo Tax to amend your return but you will need to wait until the IRS finished processing the original return. You do not want two copies of your return there at the same time and sometimes they make adjustments. They might even catch the entry and request more information while they are processing.
