How do I get a hold of Turbotax person to let them know that my printable tax returns for past two years are missing page 2 of form 4562? I see the first page of 4562.

Page 2 of form 4562 contains section V, which provide the details for section I. I am told that my tax returns that I printed from Turbotax are missing page 2 of 4562.

This is normal ... page 1 of the form 4562 is ONLY used/produced if you add a new asset for depreciation. If the uneducated fools at the mortgage company want a page 1 then get a blank form off the IRS site and put your name & SS# on the top and add it to the rest of the return.

I misunderstood what section V is for. Tax lawyer asked for page 2 after asking to see what I entered for Listed property. I didn’t realize listed property refers to assets used for both business and personal use. Miscommunication.
