How do I get a refund from Intuit

I recently had a tax expert prepare an amended return for me.  The method provided by intuit for changes using a K1 do not equate properly to the 1040X prepared.  I chose professional service and was charged for this service but will not be using the service to file my amended return as it would result in a significant loss in my return for some reason.  Maybe I don't understand the numbers well enough to file an amended return through Turbo Tax, but either way I will be filing my return by mail.  I do not believe I should have to pay for the services of Turbo Tax based on this.
