I paid fee to e-file Virginia State taxes for my daughter, but TurboTax22 (running on my Mac) is not letting me e-file after we chose to not e-file Federal tax. We can just mail her state taxes, but how do I get the fee I paid back? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
