How do I get a refund of my fees? I never actually filed my taxes through turbo tax but I paid the fee

8am - 5pm Pacific Time (11am - 8pm Eastern) Monday - Friday

In the search line enter some keywords or question without quotes. On the next page, skip the suggested topic links and scroll down until you see CALL US. It should show the wait times.

NOTE: If you need a refund, don't put the word "refund" in the question box or it will send you to the check the IRS tax refund status line. Try putting in "Billing Issues" instead.

Did you ever print it out? The fee is to prepare the return whether you efile or print it.
