How do I get a refund unsatisfied customer they couldn’t help me spoke with 6 specialists taxes where still wrong. Had to pay to get them redone

This is mainly a user community forum, so nothing account-specific can be handled here. Request for refunds should be directed  to TT Support. https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/  use the term “billing issues” in the question box, not "Refund" or it will just give you the IRS phone number to check your refund status. Week days 5 AM - 5 PM Pacific time

I cannot get the program to open after downloading 3 times.  It now appears it has charged me for downloading 2019.  I want my money back.  Also, there is no way to contact anyone.
