Has the IRS issued the federal tax refund? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I'm sorry. They sent it on the 12th then told me to call if it wasn't in my account on the 18th.

I did. I have the IRS app. They said my tax info was sent to my bank on the 12th.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Due to PATH Act, the IRS holds refunds for EITC/ACTC customers until March 3.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?

Why do some refunds take longer than others?

What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

The dates shown by TurboTax are only estimates. You have to check the IRS website to see if the federal tax refund was actually issued and sent - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Since you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
