How do I get back to the original form because I forgot to add an amount in box # 19

Only if you have NOT filed yet:

Open your tax return to get in it somewhere.

Go to the left-side menu, click on Federal.....

then...if it was for an income item click on Wages&Income

..find the income area for the form type you want and go in that form and edit it.
