call the IRS Turbotax gets no updates once a return is mailed or e-filed and accepted. if you e-filed, did you get an acceptance e-mail? if not, you never successfully transmitted your return. 

To check your e-file status, sign in to TurboTax, and go to Tax Home (if you're not already there). If you've submitted your return, you'll see a pending, rejected, or accepted status.
