Question

How do I get my 1040x from two years ago? I don't have one.

I filed an amend two years ago through turbo tax and never received a 1040x, granted I paid the money to the IRS.  Now I need to send my 1040x to the IRS and I can't find out how to.

Yes an amended 1040X can only be mailed.  So you should have printed it and mailed it 2 years ago.  Guess you found that out now.  Did the IRS send you a letter about it?  Just wondering how you found out you still needed to send it in.
