How do I get my money back for Max Defense, as soon as I seen it was on my acct, I called to try and stop that option but was told I had to wait until my taxes were done?

Yes. If you changed your mind about MAX, you can remove it as long as you haven't already paid for it.

When you're in your return:

Select File in the left-hand menu.
Continue until you get to Step 1, Review your order, then select Start.
When you get to your order summary, select Remove under Max Benefits.
On the following screen, select Remove MAX.
