How do I get my stimulus and refund when I received a letter saying I need to verify further information and online won’t work and nobody is available for live help ?

Nice. All I know is everything seems to be ok until I get to the credit card and other info page. I have no accounts other than debit cards. I’ve tried entering these numerous times and it locks me out. This is so frustrating. I have a decent refund that I cannot receive and a decent stimulus check that I have no clue where it is. I could really use this money. My children and I are seriously struggling. Any help is greatly appreciated.
