How do I get my stimulus checks I've never one time received not even one

If you were being claimed as a dependent on someone's tax return for 2020 and 2021 you were not eligible for a stimulus payment.

Otherwise you will have to file a 2020 and 2021 tax return for the payments.

To complete and file a 2002 and 2021 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2020 and 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed.  Use separate envelopes for each tax year when mailing the returns.

If you have already filed the 2020 and 2021 tax returns and did not indicate on those returns that you did NOT receive the stimulus payments, then those tax returns will have to be amended.

However, first check your tax account on the IRS website to make sure that the payments have not already been issued to you - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account
