How do i get my taxes done on here with no bank acount and i dont qualify for advance for some reason?

There are other ways to pay for your TurboTax fees and other ways to receive a tax refund if you do not have a bank account. (Although in my opinion opening a bank account is the best way to go about things instead of the confusion I see users have with prepaid cards etc.)

We do not know why you do not qualify for the advance--we have no access to that information.

In the FILE section you can select how you want to receive your tax refund. If you do not choose anything, the default is a check mailed to your address.
