How do I get refunded something I didn't sign up for?

I'm talking about the max defend and restore fee.  You boast of 24/7 access but then when you post a question, the hours to actually get a hold of someone comes on.  You should be honest and state that you can post 24/7 but you can't actually reach someone until these hours.
