How do I locate incorect payor federal ID number on my return?

What happened   F1099R-502-02 - The Payer Federal Id Number entered does not match what the IRS has in its records.

Go to Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement to edit the 1099-R.

Regarding account of Bruce Lavelle Hilger

I have sent my TurboTax in 14 February.

I received my California State Refund.

I have not received my Federal Refund.

What can be done about this?

You should have started your own new question.  Did you efile or mail your returns?

 

if you efiled, what does the IRS say?

https://www.irs.gov/refunds/

 

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.
