How do I make changes on my taxes that I haven’t filled yet?
Add more information to taxes
Since you have not filed your return yet, you can go back into your return to make changes. Just click on the section you need to change. If you cannot get back into your return use the "add a state" to get into your return, you are not really adding a State.
1. Sign In to TurboTax Online
2. Click "My TurboTax" menu
3. Press "Visit My Tax Timeline"
4. Under the "SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO" heading, choose "Add a state" (you're not really adding a state, this allows you to get back into your return).
5. Complete/correct as needed.
