If you are referring to the TurboTax online account fees, those can only be paid using a credit or debit card.  Or if you have a federal tax refund, you can select the option to pay the TurboTax account fees with the federal tax refund.  There is a $40 service charge for that option.

 

If you are referring to Federal or State taxes owed, in the File section of the program on Step 2, with taxes owed you will be given choices for how to pay, one of those is pay by check.
