If you are using the desktop version you can go to Print Center at the top right of the form and print your Oregon non-resident return.

If you are working in TurboTax online and paid your fees as xmasbaby0 suggested you to do, you can go to tax tools and then to Print Center to print your Oregon non-resident return.
