How do I put in direct deposit info if had to pay last 5 years?

If you haven't received a direct deposited refund from the IRS in the last two years, the IRS will mail a paper check to the address on your 2019 tax return.  See the TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below for more information.  Scroll down to see more info.
