How do I save my 2016 tax data to my computer?

"Help" says "Select Tools from the My Account menu in the upper right corner.
In the pop-up Tools Center window, select Save your 2016 return to your computer." But in the account screen, there is no "TOOLS" option.

You have to be signed onto the 2016 online account and have started or continued the 2016 online tax return for the options under My Account to be available. They will not be available if you just sign onto the online account and are not within the actual return.

Please disregard this question. Discovered that the file is available AFTER I open it for use.
