How do I see my 1094

Are you sure you meant form 1094?  If so did you file a 1094 or do you want to see the one that was filed on your behalf?  

The insurance company providing coverage for you would file a 1094 form to show that they had provided you a 1095-C form showing that you had insurance coverage for the year or that you had been offered insurance coverage for the year but had declined it.  

In order to see the 1094 form that was filed about you you would have to contact your insurance company although I doubt very much that they would share it with you.  If you are an insurance provider and have filed a 1094 form then you will need to go back to the point where you filed it to view the form.  TurboTax does not provide filing for form 1094.

If you meant a different form but the form number is wrong then please just come back here and tell us what form you are after.
