Look on your federal 1040 tax form. The direct deposit info is on line 20 b,c, & d. You can also find it on the filing instructions. That is the info the IRS has unless you had your TurboTax fees taken out of your federal refund. If you did that, the IRS does not have your direct deposit information even though it is shown on your tax return. You can try entering it on the IRS online portal if the IRS doesn't have it: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment

Turbo tax you really messed things up.  Your response was, if you took your charges out of my IRS refund, the IRS would not have my Direct Deposit info and I need to use the IRS site Get my Payment.   Unfortunately the Get My Payment site says they don't have enough info and are working on it. Does not even give us a chance to enter our Direct Deposit info.   It is May 19th 2020 and still no stimulus package.  You Really messed up and should be held accountable!!!!  Thanks so much !! we are Pensioners and really needed the Stimulus check. They are now talking about another Stimulus payment and we have not had the first one. Our SS direct deposit is correct but IRS does not seemed to have looked at that. Why can't you just send them our Direct deposit info!!
