I accidentally entered my 2022 information for my taxes of 2023. I need to delete and start over but it says I’ve submitted payment but did not sign and submit my taxes yet! What do I do?

Since you paid your TurboTax fees you cannot "clear and start over" easily.   What you must do is use a trick to allow you back in to your return to make changes.   Click on Add a State so you can get back to the Federal>Wages & Income section.  Delete those wrong W-2's you entered.  When you have the W-2's for 2023, you have to enter ONLY 2023 income, and then you can e-file.

Go slowly.  Do not rush to e-file---that is how mistakes happen.

You must include every 2023 W-2 on the same tax return.  Employers have until the end of January to issue W-2’s.   Wait until you have all of your W-2’s.  Clients, schools, Social Security, banks and other financial institutions may not have tax documents available until late January/early February.  ALL of your tax documents must be entered on the same Form 1040; do not file unless you have entered everything.
