How do we fix my daughter's taxes? Turbo Tax didn't let her mark "someone else can claim me as a dependent" and she submitted them incorrectly. Can we unsubmit?

No.   If your daughter filed her return incorrectly you have to wait and see if the IRS rejects it or accepts it when they start doing that on February 12.   That was your child's user error---not a TT error-----it is very common for young filers to make that mistake.

If the return she filed is accepted---you will be the one with a problem.   If you file after her, your own tax return will be rejected because her SSN is already in the system.   If that happens....you have to print, sign and mail your own return.   You will not be able to e-file at all during this tax season.

Let's hope her return is rejected---if it is rejected she can change the way she answered the dependent question in My Info and then re-file it.
