How do you get a live person when calling customer service?

I've called TT customer service line 3 times and can't get a live person to look into my account! The automated system keeps hanging up on me. I don't want to know my refund status. I want someone to look for my refund because it said deposited, but the IRS said TT still has it and needs to release my money! It's been a week!
