How do you get your information back and file through someone else? This site is only getting me half of what another place told me

Did you already e-file? What do you mean by "get your information back?" If you are getting different results with a different tax web site, it has to be because you entered something differently. All of the tax software has to be written for the new tax laws and must be approved by the IRS, so entering the same information will get the same results. You would have to compare the returns line by line to see what is different.
If you have not yet e-filed, then you can just abandon your TT account and use whatever site you choose to use to prepare your return.

You don't get it back. You still have all your original info you entered. Just take your W2 and 1099 somewhere else. If you haven't filed from here you can just leave and abandon it or try to clear it as answered below.
