For the child tax credit look at your federal tax return, Form 1040 Line 19 and Line 28

You can view your Form 1040 plus Schedules 1, 2 and 3 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

While you can review the Child Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit on Form 1040 as mentioned above, you can also review the calculations for these credits on Form 8812 on your return. Up to $1,700 of the child tax credit may be refundable under the additional child tax credit if your child tax credit was greater than your tax liability.
