How long does it take for product refund
I was charge by the turboTax to upgrade my account and now I decide to pay my tax with tax professionals. When I try to do the refund request I cannot find the license number for the online product. Today I called the specialist and she helped me submit the refund request, but I did not receive any emails about the refund request so I was wondering how long does it took to get the refund request a approve. Also, how long does it take to get the refund. Thank you for answering my question really appreciate that because I’m really worried about it and struggling.
